Don’t fool yourselves. We are raising the next generation up – right now, as we speak. Our words will define them – will shape them into who they will become. If we are not an example, who will be? These are not just children – not just adolescents – these are the next policy makers, law creators, cancer curers, heart menders, and most important of all, fathers and mothers – this is the next generation! Take responsibility, play a part in their story. Judgement and condemnation – do away with it. Confidence and conviction cannot grow in soil comprised of discouragement and shame. Love them with Christ's love and strive to protect their hearts. Offer them wisdom and give them affirmation. They are the future.
