Vitameatavegamin

"WARNING: The risk of serious and sometimes fatal heart problems, heart attack, and stroke may be increased with the use of this medicine"  It goes on to describe possible holes in the stomach - much less serious than heart attacks. 

This is what my prescription bottle says on the label - a medication I got prescribed that's supposed to be an anti-inflammatory for my neck.  

So the question of course is: neck pain or heart attack? the choices are looking promising.

Too bad vitameatavegamin is no longer on the market - it would probably solve all of my problems :)
