This past weekend Caleb wrapped up his final 3 classes and he officially has his Bachelors degree. Hallelujah!


On Monday, I made him this lemon cake to celebrate

I found the recipe here and it was delicious!

It is Thursday and the cake is gone now.  This is why I rarely bake, we have no self control.

We've had 80+ degree weather for over a week now and it is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!

I have one  more class to wrap up and then I'll be done with school too! It is on Risk Management and its even worse than it sounds. AGH!
