Do you ever get a song in your head that just repeats over and over? I’m thankful when these are worship songs and not some annoying pop song I recently heard on the radio!
There is a song they sing at our church that says, “where the spirit of the Lord is, there IS liberty!” This song is a constant reminder to me to intercede for His spirit. All this week I have been praying for the Spirit of the Lord to be present in all areas of my life. Nothing is more powerful than having God’s spirit reigning in your life. God's spirit can tear down walls, heal hearts, revive souls, and create miracles.
"Now the LORD is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is freedom." 2 Corinthians 3:17
But most of all, the Spirit of the Lord brings freedom into the hearts of those where He lives. There have been countless times in my life where they only thing I can do is tell myself that God is in control. I cannot imagine what my life would be like without having a faith that gives me a solid foundation to rest upon.
So very often, religion brings a sense of guilt into someone's life, as though it's just one more responsibility to worry about each day. Yet God's heart is for us to feel freedom in our relationship with Him, not condemnation! I have such a burden for people, especially young people, to realize the unfailing love our Heavenly Father has for us.
Nothing can keep us from the love of God.

I looooooooooove when the song get stuck in my head! :) It is often during these times when I really need to be reminded that God is in control. For every season of my life, I have a song. Right now it is the song "Beautiful" by francesca battistelli
