NYC - Day 2 Part 1

We started off day 2 at the Empire State Building!  The line was really long to go to the top and our list of destinations was pretty lengthy - so we didn't end up staying long.

Next, we checked in at our second hotel.  It was called the Mondrian Hotel and it was a boutique hotel in the SoHo district. The hotel's color theme was white and sky blue, which was so pretty and relaxing.

View of the street from our hotel room.

Then we headed out to keep exploring!

One World Trade Center
When this is complete, it will be the tallest building in the United States.

Ground Zero is undergoing a lot of renovations right now, as NYC continues constructing the One World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial.  I know it will be an inspiring place to visit once the plans are complete.

FDNY Memorial Wall

I didn't realize how many pictures I had taken. . .so I have to break day 2 into parts :)

  1. I really like the Memorial Wall the best.

I'd hate to work in the tallest building in the world, in downtown NYC. Seems like they're building a target.

    The hotel looks beautiful!
